We are still open for limited hours but all services are available.

As of now the County of Santa Clara has declared the following: "I’m a medical provider am I allowed to remain open for preventive and non-urgent care? Yes, if you are a medical provider your office is encouraged to remain open. Under the Order, all medical services, including routine and preventive care, are considered essential. This includes, but is not limited to, mental health services, immunizations, well-woman exams, allergy shots, eye exams, physical therapy, and s...urgeries. " We are accepting appointments at this time. Masks are required and only one patient at a time will be allowed in the office. Hours will still be limited depending on demand. Recall cards will be mailed out in the next two weeks for those people that missed their annual check-ups. Please call for an appointment.

We have been open now for the last few weeks for "routine" eyecare. No issues so far. Office hours are limited and we are closing at 2 PM Tu-F other than our normal 9-12 Saturday hours. Appointment and mask required.

We are open for essential services at this time. Hours are limited so please call before coming in without an appointment. Contact lens wearers that are running out can have two additional boxes shipped to them with free shipping to hold them over. Call the office. Praying that things return to "normal" soon but they may not. Be well.

Due to an out of state funeral we will have very limited hours on Thursday 1/16 (11 AM - 3 PM) and Friday 1/17 (10 AM - 2 PM) and closed Saturday 1/18. We will be open for deliveries and pick-ups only. Sorry for any inconvenience. Dr. Ballentine & Rachel
