Kennedy Meadows Campground is now open. We are working to get Porta potties in place, but until this happens please, please be respectful and if you pack it in, please pack it out. There is no water or trash service and no fees, however we will be happy to accept donations to cover the cost of the Porta potties. Happy Camping!

Gate to Monache is currently locked. Troy meadow campground is closed and locked, fish creek open, but no water.

Kennedy Meadows Campground Virtual Public Meeting The Inyo National Forest is holding a virtual public meeting to discuss the transition of Kennedy Meadows Camp...ground to Dispersed Use. The meeting will be on Monday April 5 from 6 7 p.m. online via Microsoft Teams. Below is a fact sheet about the campground and transition.
