I was sworn in 30 years ago today. The next day I represented my first client, and actually missed the chair when I tried to sit down, falling straight to the floor Ive gotten better since then, both at the practice of law, and the use of chairs!

Had another restraining order trial yesterday. It became clear during the trial that the Petitioner was lying in order to gain leverage in the child custody and financial aspects of the case. The Judge saw this and dismissed the case. My client was so happy he cried.
