KSI working on a Design Topographic Survey for a substandard street in the IE. While doing so, we stumbled onto a substandard flood channel.

Handicap accessible paths are verified using Topographic Survey done by Licensed Land Surveyors. Presently, 50% of Kelsurveys workload.

Here a photo of one of Kelsurveys client that Got Removed from the Special Flood Hazard Zone. The Flooding source is adjacent to the property, but through our stringent methods, we convinced FEMA to change the Flood Zone from AE to C. This allows the Mortgage Company to "Waive the Insurance requirement". This particular client, will save tens of thousands of dollars, over the life of the current and future loan.
