4mo recall on a GentleWave case: Patient presented swollen in pain on LRQ. Tooth #30 was tooth of chief complaint, necrotic to ice test, pain to percussion and palpation with a 6mm probing into B furcation, otherwise normal perio probing. Deep probing could be an indication of a possible crack, especially with the existing J-shaped lesion on D root or a possible fistula opening through furcation. How do you tell if it is a root fracture or a fistula? ... Tx performed using the GentleWave procedure, Vortex Blue files and BC sealer. 4mo recall showed almost complete healing. See more

So this is how we handle our PPE and KN95 masks. We wear a KN95 mask, a level 3 Surgical mask on top and a mask fitter 3D printed to improve seal. Stay safe everyone
