On Sunday we passed out food to our families donated by the Sinai Temple Social Action Committee and tennis equipment donated by ACEing Autism. Thank you to these wonderful organizations and to our volunteers who helped coordinate! KEEN Athletes are now geared up for upcoming Tennis sessions!

July KEEN Los Angeles ANY K Challenge 2: Summited Mt. Whitney, the tallest mountain in the contiguous US, for the second time in my Vibram FiveFingers just a ...week after my vEveresting attempt Just another humbling day of weekend warrioring and pushing myself to the absolute limit. Getting this bad boy done in a day without any recent elevation training is by far one of the hardest, most rewarding things I’ve ever done. I took all last week to rest from my vEveresting attempt so I could be somewhat recovered by Whitney, but that mountain always manages to bring out the best and worst in me. It’s incredible to see what barriers your mind and body can continuously push through, even when you feel like you’ve reached your breaking point.
