For those of you who don’t know this about me, we celebrate 2 Christmases and 3 New Years in our house and an extra religious holiday thrown into December. Now I don’t mean we hop from house to house on the day of, I mean we celebrate Christmas on 12/25 and then Orthodox Christmas on 1/7, followed by New Years on 1/1, Orthodox Christmas on 1/14 and Chinese New Years wherever that falls each year PLUS an Orthodox Saints day in mid December. We love these holidays with a passio...n and celebrate them each separately as they should be and my husband and I hope that our children will cherish these moments with our family as much as we do. With that said, social media can be a tricky beast when you own a business. I really try to post inspired content on my beauty account and try never to post contrived content here. So I apologize for the long breaks between my beautiful clients’ sculpted brows and their glowing skin. I love seeing your holiday photos and hearing about your New Years resolutions but for us, we are still celebrating. We are away for Orthodox Christmas again this year to reflect upon our blessings and to count how many times things have gone right for us. I want you to know that you are all included in these moments of gratefulness today. Your support and loyalty help me provide special moments like this for my family not to mention the extension into the many families at Brow Lounge as well. And although we still are unclear as to when we will be able to officially reopen for services, we truly could not have made it through this year without your love and confidence. Hi Beauties, @browlounge_beauty along with all personal services, hair salons & numerous other industries have been sadly placed into another temporary mandatory shutdown. This has been a really challenging year but I decided to make some pretty substantial changes within the operations of the salon to ensure we would get to the other side of the rainbow and when all of this uncertainty subsides. Through this, I’m reminded of how blessed beyond belief I am to have an incredi...bly solid team working beside me... We’ve come up with some exciting ways to stay connected during this shutdown despite not being able to offer services.
