A Midsummer Nights Dream jumped out of the pages and landed in this evening right here. If you have a small gathering planned and want to skip the cooking call us. We’ll build the perfect meal and even bring it over in our to-go division.

We looove passed apps especially when they look like this! Sticking with the theme of interesting food, how cool is it that we live in a time where the taste and type of food available to us is only limited to our own imaginations. People sometimes say they wished they lived in a past time before all this tech and social angst but we think right now is by far the coolest time to be alive. ... We get to share stories and experiences and recipes with people all around the world instantly. Its’s the era of knowledge and global perspective especially through food! Let’s break some bread and talk about it.

We LOVE a good vegan event. Some kitchens might shy away from something out of their wheelhouse but we look at it as an opportunity to grow and gain respect. We aren’t strictly vegan ourselves but we love vegan food and culture.

If you strive to source only the best ingredients, you can let them stand on their own without fear of disappointment. Be proud of what you serve to guests each and every time. This is a cool take on a fruit + cheese spread we set up for a product launch not too long ago. It went over well

Hey if a client says they want an elegant dinner on the beach for 25 of their closest friends we make it happen. We love a good challenge.

What is a dining experience without the dessert? The curtain call. The stories end. The word dessert comes from the French word desservir or cleaning the table, which makes sense because it ensures your guests can’t leave the table without a feeling of wanting more or being hungry which was once a social stigma that came along with entertaining. Dessert would come out to signal the end of the dining experience and to make sure all of your guests left full AF!

To create something exceptional, your mindset must be relentlessly focused on the smallest detail. Our favorite are the ones that most people don’t notice.

Throwback to one of the more creative arrangements we have seen by the one and only @eddiezaratsian . We love to keep ourselves around people that are challenging others to see new possibilities whether it be a flower arrangement, design of an event an unusual pairing. Join the tribe. #letsgetweird

Food is a common ground, a universal experience. Nothing inspires us more than bringing people together over our food. It is the essence of what we do. #letsmakefoodbabies

Like good music, this dish is both simple and complex at the same time. The sweetness of candied walnuts paired with the tart essence of clementines challenged by the juxtaposition of root vegetables and peach slices makes for an unforgettable entry introduction to the evenings dining experience. Dare and delight your guests at the same time with this one.

Here at Kitchen 12000 our mission is simple. We keep our food as fresh and healthy as possible, we honor where the food comes from, and we use food as a tool to unite the masses. Check out why people can't stop talking about our Pesto Cous Cous. https://vimeo.com/307347459
