It's very tempting to get home after a long day and zone out. But nothing is better for your stress levels and overall health than good fitness and nutrition.

Make sure you get up from your desk at regular intervals and stretch. Keep your body moving. And ask your doctor before beginning a fitness program. Remember, if you don't use it, you lose it.
