It’s a good day, to have a good day. I’ve been a little out of routine recently and feeling like I’m running in a hamster wheel day in and out. Ever feel like that?! I finally realized that I hadn’t been doing my morning ritual of journaling and meditating. Often this looks like about 3 minutes of breathing exercises and 15 minutes of emptying my brain out onto paper but it really is magic for me. So this morning, it’s back to taking care of me first before I tackle the long list of client, business and household to-dos. What helps keep you sane?! Also, this bathroom. I mean it really is just so pretty to look at. : @stephaniecrusso

One of my favorite kitchen walls. We packed a pantry, espresso machine, microwave and refrigerator into this space making it highly efficient and of course, beautiful. Cheers to my amazing client who designed her home side by side with me. Total team effort and something that I normally shy away from . She hired me when I was about ready to give birth to Gisele, held my little infant through many meetings and here we are, still working away together, as I prepare for baby girl #2. Just as much as my clients let me into their lives they are forever a part of mine.

No Sunday scaries over here! Or at least that’s what I’m telling myself as I frantically clear my inbox, schedule out the week, do the laundry and grocery shopping and try to get my home in order for this little babe that will be here before we know it. Sometimes, taking a breather and looking at a pretty photo or two helps calm the anxiety and has my creativity flowing again. Grateful for clients that let me do my thing and work with me. : @stephaniecrusso

I’m working away on some very special modern and contemporary projects right now which has me feeling all the feels for this home. Staring at these photos never gets old!
