Be kind to yourself.
Thanks Lisette.
SelfCare/SelfLove
Being able to feel what you feel and then express it are critical to intimacy and communication.
Here’s to success.
Please be you.

Be yourself...Fully You
Decide how you want to feel.
BLACK WOMEN COACHES, CONSULTANTS, & LEADERS: BEING FULLY YOU... - (Last chance this year.) Black women who lead, consult, or coach often have no one to talk with about how to skillfully navigate the challenges they face in increasingly toxic and hostile environments, while maintaining professionalism.... In the virtual T-Groups I’ve created and facilitated, participants have experienced being themselves without being judged, critiqued or misunderstood. Without needing to explain. One participant recently shared with me, My feelings /thoughts about Black women finding our voices is a takeaway I've had from becoming Fully You - whether or not the latter is intended. That is EXACTLY what is intended, that you be or become more Fully You and that you give voice to those heretofore hidden, denied, unwelcome, or held back parts of yourself. Please join us via zoom on Saturday, September 26th, 10:00-2:30, pacific time, for a time of sharing, reflecting, and generative conversation! Here is the link to register: https://fullyyou.com/t-group/ The investment is $135. If you have questions and/or want to chat about a payment plan, logistics, or anything else, my email is [email protected]. See you there. #blackwomenleaders #TGroups
Say yes to YOU.
BEING FULLY YOU... As a Black woman, can you bring all of who you are to your work settings and be fully yourself at work? More often than not, Black women in leadership positions have no one to talk with about how to skillfully navigate the challenges they face (both personal and systemic), about how to artfully pursue the opportunities available to them, about how to courageously weave spirit into their leadership.... In the virtual T-Groups I’ve created and facilitated, Black women leaders and professionals have experienced engaging in conversations that really matter and sharing stories, without fear of being judged, critiqued or misunderstood. Together we will listen deeply to each other, sharing our stories, our experiences, and our strategies. We’ll see what’s emerging in our life and work and what’s waiting to be discovered. We will together create a safe, supportive, and nourishing place to explore, in the presence of others who reflect our heritage and share, in some way, the multi-faceted experience of leading as a Black woman. Please join us on Saturday, September 26th, 10:00-2:30, pacific time, for a time of sharing, reflecting, and generative conversation! We will meet via zoom. Here is the link to register: https://fullyyou.com/t-group/ The investment is $135. Payment can be made via Zelle, check, or PayPal. If you have questions and/or want to chat about a payment plan, logistics, or anything else, let me know via email at [email protected]. I hope to see you there. Warmly, Kathleen
