Meet Tavi, the newest member of our State Farm family! As a future service dog helping those with disabilities, Tavi is destined to be the ultimate good neighbo...r. We're sponsoring Tavi through Canine Companions for Independence, a non-profit providing service dogs at no cost to people with physical or developmental disabilities, hearing impairments or veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder. In his first 18 months, Tavi will learn basic obedience, social skills and manners. After that, he will move on to professional training with Canine Companions staff where he will learn advanced commands like turning on and off lights and picking up dropped items. Follow along with us as we share more of Tavi's journey to becoming a service dog!
