We're putting this gorgeous herringbone tile in the shower pan of a home we are remodeling to manage. Fussing over finishes is one of the more obscure services we provide... Is it beautiful, timeless, affordable, available, broadly appealing, safe, easy enough to maintain and other otherwise just about perfect? These are the things we are happy to wonder at 2 am so you don't have to. Also, we'll have a three bedroom, two bath single level to lease in the Bluffs in about 60 d...ays. Let me know... On shared ancestral territory of the Acjachemen and Tongva peoples.

Okay, but today was a snow day. So grateful to @lagunacanyonfoundation for letting Alan lead us in a gorgeous snow hike- my first. On unceded Tongva territory.

We decided to put our new listing at 306 Avenida Cerritos in Dream Homes Magazine, but by the time it was "Just Listed" it was already sold. Print marketing! SMH. On shared ancestral territory of the Acjachemen and Tongva peoples.

Could we receive a more lovely day than this one at Upper Newport Bay? Greater egret looks east toward The Bluffs. I was made here, educated here, married here and make my livelihood here, with Saddleback in the distance. This land is sacred and beautiful and blessed. It is also the traditionally shared territory of the Acjachemen and Tongva peoples. Knowing them and honoring their lives and well-being is important. ... All of this land is theirs. They did not give it to build these homes- the buying and selling of which is my bread and butter. There is currently a call to protect a sacred site in Long Beach called Puvungna. You can follow my personal page @caroline_colesworthy @protectpuvungna and @13miche (an Indigenous Real Estate Broker friend in Long Beach) for more.
