I am not sure how many 1st responders need to be fed in the Shaver, Auberry, Bass Lake fires but I would like to help out unfortunately do to covid 19 I am unable to afford to do this by myself. I am calling on all the community's to help me out I would like to feed about 500 people and including displaced people who need help. I am proposing the Fresno; meal tri tip salad pilaf and rolls. Please donate either money product or even your time to cook or serve. Let's do this qu...ickly contact me at [email protected] with your donations and I will get back to you. Product needed 400lbs tri tip 75lbs par boiled rice 10lbs onions 150lbs of lettuce 1cs cucumber 2 flats grape or cherry tomatoes 10lbs shredded carrots 10lbs shredded purple cabbage 5gal of salad dressing or product to make my own 1000 dinner rolls And foil wrapped butter. And 500 + bottles of water. When I get enough donation confirmations I will post when and where we will do this. See more

So in this time of social distancing my heart goes out to those who had to cancel or postpone your events especially weddings. I would like to remind you that life will get better, hopefully soon and we are open now to start planning those events whether it 50 people or 1000 people or more put your trust in us to serve you and your guest a meal and service they will remember forever. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
