We love it when our long time customers come back to us. Moving from a location where the dealership had been for over 40 years was a hard decision. Although we probably did lose a few customers we are very happy that our customers continue to call us. It only shows the great job we are doing with customer service (servant mentality) and the type of cars we sell. Reputable cars with lower than typical mileage. . One thing we have to work on is asking for more online reviews ...from our customers. Yelp is constantly asking us to pay them money. They have hidden over 33 5-Stars reviews from our profile which is sad. I've told them I can send them the actual contract and for most of them we even have our "Sold" photos with the car and they won't accept them. I'm part of the #MagnoliaPark Merchants Association, and other small businesses have said the same thing. Yelp wants money in order to show all reviews which is sad! Anyway, enough venting haha. .
