Forgot to share our picture/story from yesterday. We received a lead from the lender we work with, contacted the buyer, set an appointment for a showing, and did the showing, all in about 2 hours! We submitted an offer for the buyer that night... We just found out her offer wasn't accepted. The crazy thing is, her offer was 20k+ over the asking price. We'll keep looking...

What a day it was showing houses yesterday! We were in Moreno Valley for the day. At each house, there was a line of agents with their prospective buyers to go inside. It was crazy. Showings were booked in 15 minute incrimates. We also saw the same agents and their buyers at multiple houses. Everyone was cool about it. We didn't take a bunch of pictures, but here are a few. Saw some very nicely renovated bathrooms. Having nice bathrooms will add value to your home when it's time to sell.

Appointments in Mentone and Cathedral City today. A fixer-upper; and two condos. We're pretty sure our client will put an offer in on one of the condos. We'll find out tomorrow. The K&A Real Estate Team at work!

A few pictures of us out and about showing houses. Out of the 5 appointments we had scheduled this weekend, two were canceled due to sellers accepting offers before we had a chance to do the showing. (The market continues to move FAST!) Two other appointments were great, but the buyers want to see more- so no offers submitted. One appointment was for us! We got to do a walk through on a quadplex we put an offer on. Unfortunately we'll need to adjust our offer drastically to reflect the condition it's in. We're still hopeful... Also- Donkeys!

Two examples of the different kinds of homes out there on the market. Each client has different needs and goals for their next home. One we showed today was a brand new build, the other was an older home in need of some tlc. Each one has its pros and cons depending on the client's needs, wants, and goals.

We really need to be better about taking pics of us and the homes we're showing... also, this week has us focusing on the "behind the scenes" work for our clients. There are a lot of documents and paperwork that goes into buying and selling homes, and it needs to be done in an orderly and prompt fashion. It's a great time to buy! Mortgage rates are super low! It's a great time to sell! Buyers need homes to buy!
