I am currently doing a research internship at Loma Linda University. In the fall, I plan on applying to grad schools hoping to get my PhD in Molecular Biology and eventually become a research professor and mentor future scientists. As much as we love spreading confidence on campus, this year had to go a little different. On May 3rd, we focused on impacting the lives of others virtually and in our hometowns. Whether we chalked a sidewalk, painted rocks, or wrote encouraging notes, Kappa Delta pushed to spread as much love as possible during these hard times. We asked our sisters and members of the CSUSB community the simple question, "What makes you confident?" and this is what they had to say. Thank you to everyone who participated and we hope you all continue to spread kindness wherever you go. Always remember, we rise by lifting others.
