The San Francisco Bay Area obtained $1,060,000, and Silicon Valley (Santa Clara County) attained a high of $1,402,500. In my hometown of Sunnyvale, California, in the heart of Silicon Valley, it rose to $2,001,888. Nationwide, September 2020 brought 6.54 million in sales, a median sales price of $311,800, and 2.7 months of inventory. The median sales price is up 14.8% year over year, and the housing stock was down 1.3 months from September 2019.
