Retirement home purchased!!! Long but worth it post alert !!!! I met this sweet buyers family at an open house 5 yrs ago. His daughter came through my open house looking at homes close to her for her dad who was looking to move here from out of state. I kept in contact with her and showed them homes the next time he came to town a few months later. But he just wasn’t quite ready to pull the trigger.... Flash forward 3-4 years later, he was ready! He got his house listed and while waiting for it to go into contract he flew here and we looked at more homes. Bad news was the agent he hired wasn’t the best fit.
