I am so proud of this man. He came from Iran to America with a dream and turned it into a reality. He learned the restaurant industry inside out when he didn’t ...have to. He started from the bottom in the industry and worked his way up when he didn’t have to. He even took it a step further by receiving a college education at Fresno State when he didn’t have to. He knew he didn’t have to do any of this but he was so passionate about having more than just a successful restaurant. He wanted to make sure the quality of his food was the best it could be. He works day and night to make sure he gets the best meat and works hard on the marinades. He even makes his own humus and salad dressing. Everything about his restaurant is authentic, he even made the seat cushions by hand. He does not cut corners. What you see isn’t what you get, you get so much more because not only do you get what you see but you get all the things you don’t see. And that is the hard work that goes into making sure you have the best experience possible from the food to the atmosphere. When Covid hit it never phased him, he simply said we’ll adjust and even goes out of his way to deliver. He could hire help but everything he can do by himself, he does.
