PTSD- Sad yet damn true. Who's got my six? I'm going to make a bet, without being pessimistic, that out of my several hundred friends, that less than 25 will take the time to put this on their wall. You just have to copy it from my wall and paste it to yours. Then type done on my wall. I've done this for a friend to spread Awareness of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. We lose 22 Veterans a day to PTSD. More needs to be done to help Veterans in need

On top of old smokey should be the song for the day. The ash has settled down because the wind is now coming from the south northward. Fires rage throughout California again this year, like last year and before it has burned homes and driven people out to breathe smoke filled air full of little particles of ash. You would think that we had a eruption of some sort of mountain blowing up but it is ash from the fires. Last week there was a lightening storm come through Califo...rnia and setting fires as it went through. It was a beautiful sight to behold for several long hours. I sat till 4 AM outside watching it all as it went up the central California valley past Sacramento north. Finally when it was further and just flash lightening I went inside. The next couple days the news of fires from the strikes started getting into the news..... Nothing is safe from fires no matter how they start. Now there are people being evacuated from their homes and town area's. When do you decide that you have to take something but what? There is a rush to get the important papers and more items that are cherished, do you have enough room in the car? Need to make sure you can catch the cat and dog and get them too.... Sometimes the notice to get out comes only in time for you to grab the keys and get into the car and drive away leaving all precious animals and items to save yourself. What a horrible return to the home only to find it burned to the ground. The heartache and pain of any kind of loss is overbearing to one's soul. What to do next? Where to go? Just a big what next is in the mind and hoping that no one lost their lives in the holocaust that just raced through the neighborhood. We all need to be aware of what might happen and have a back up plan. If animals are too large to squeeze in the car what to do next. Prayers go out for all who have lost something these last few weeks. God bless and keep you and yours safe. Help those who have nothing left now. Peace on our world in times like this. See more
