Just Ride is pleased and honored to host rides on behalf of our dear friend Audrey and Down Syndrome Connection!! Please join us in helping us raise funds for the DSCBA in honor of sweet Audrey, who is bravely fighting Leukemia for a second time. She is one strong young girl and we are asking for your support in one of 3 ways. One is to buy a credit and book a bike for one of our awesome classes on Sunday, November 1 at 4:30pm or 6pm. The second is to buy a virtual ride tic...ket if you aren’t able to ride with us. Third is to donate directly to DSCBA. In either case, 100% of all tax deductible donations will go to DSCBA. Additionally, JustRide will be matching 50% of all funds raised through our rides. Let’s show how much our community can make a difference!! We are more than excited to welcome @long.live_lo to @justridestudio instructor team!!! Lo Terrell is a Bay Area native. Competing in track on a traveling team from the age of 7 until college, where her love for track turned into her love for competing mixed martial arts, she still competes ‘til this day. Although she stopped competing in track she found her way back to being a coach. Being the athlete she is, Lo fell in love with spin 4 years ago, and it wasn’t until this ye...ar that she decided to turn her love for music and fitness into something she can use to motivate others to enjoy the power of spin. When Lo is not on the bike or in the gym, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, her dog and her boyfriend having movie days that turn into movie nights with the family or being outdoors. One thing you can expect in Lo’s class is heavy bass and a high energy playlist in a mix of today’s top 40’s, old school R&B, throwback hip hop and reggaeton. Be ready to move because this 'Tap Back Queen' wants you dancing like no one's watching. Her goal is to make you feel alive and believe that music can empower you to let go and be free. Come as you are and be ready to ride! Lo will quickly be your new favorite hype woman! #justridedynamicinstructors

We are more than excited to welcome @jessanoot to @justridestudio instructor team!!! Jessa Nootbaar, a Bay Area native, spent 5 years studying Sociology in New York, Edinburgh, and London, is grateful and ecstatic to be a part of the JustRide instructor team. She has been a dedicated rider since skeptically trying her first spin class over 3 years ago and has dreamed of taking the podium since then. She integrates values of mindfulness within rhythm-based cycling in order to ...bring presence and compassion, as well as good humor and unapologetic fun, to everyone's ride. Her playlists incorporate alt pop, rap/hip hop, 2000s pop, R&B, and any song that feels good to move to. When she's not on a bike, Jessa is meditating, practicing yoga, organizing for social equity, going to the farmer's market, or eating a vegan & gluten-free meal (she has been vegan for almost 10 years!). #justridedynamicinstructors See more
