Spent the week in Scottsdale, AZ with 100 of the most talented and successful DJs and Entertainment Company Owners focused on leveling up and bringing the best knowledge back to our respective markets. We are the crazy people that sacrifice so much to bring you the best in entertainment week in and week out! What an amazing experience! We went hard from dusk til dawn everyday and now I’m back in the bay behind the scenes implementing the best of what I learned so that we can ...continue to raise the bar and exceed our customers’ expectations. The sessions were game changing but some of the biggest takeaways cale from side bar conversations with other DJ company owners in other markets. Everybody in the world knows at least one thing that I don’t know, and when you humble yourself and leave the ego behind that’s where the growth happens. I couldn’t be more excited for 2020.
