Tonight Spencer San Juan received the Matt Goodshaw award and a check for $1000. I’m sure Spencer will put this money to good use and continue his flying lesso...ns. Congrats Spencer! Matt’s wife, brother, family and friends were all in attendance as well as on the Zoom call for the award. And again they were gratuitous enough to donate money to further the scholarship funds. And a special thanks you to Matt’s friend Mike who donated $10,000 to his the scholarship fund. This will help us continue to keep Matt’s memory alive and help numerous Aviation Explorers with their aviation education.

Thanks to everyone that came out to help out with the 100 hr inspection today. Plane looked clean and we were able to finish everything in one day. Great job to these young aviators!

Look who just pasted his FAA Checkride. Congratulations Jorge! That’s two PPL in one week for the Junior Aviators.

100hr inspection is completed and ready for flights. Both magnetos overhauled, wiring repaired on landing light and tail nav light, USB charger now working, and installed NuLite instrument panel lights. Blue Skies.

Prop balancing completed at KCCB today. The balance was already good. 0.6 IPS.
