It’s officially that time of year again I can already smell this cooking

Oh to be young again I have been making this sweet girls birthday cakes for a few years now and this year we stepped it up a notch! Hennessy brushed French Vanilla Cake with Hennessy Buttercream, Chocolate Ganache, Hennessy Caramel Sauce and edible gold leaf

A little Hennessy caramel sauce is really making my kitchen smell amazing this morning

It may only be Tuesday but the baking has begun soooo....a little for the cake & a little for me

This could only mean one thing...cake orders are coming in This happens to be the 5th box of 32lbs of powdered sugar I have purchased since Covid began...that means a lot of baking has gone down over here lol

I love that I was asked to make the cake and cupcakes for a sweet little angel turning 1 Happy Hole in One Birthday Sweet Girl

Oh I loved this cake...lots of detail and my hands were sore after but I loved the final look

That was a step outside the box cake for me for sure
