As we know, hospitals are in great shortage of supplies. So today, we decided to donate extra gloves to our local hospitals (Kaiser & John Muir) that are in need. This is an important time to help others and support our community. If you have any extra masks or gloves that you can give, please take the time to donate to a hospital. Anything will help!

As we are finding out, respiratory infections are flourishing this time of the year including the dreaded COVID-19. The standard advice for the prevention of these sicknesses is to wash your hands and keep your immune system healthy by eating properly and exercising regularly. Washing your hands is definitely one way of keeping the hundreds of different bacteria and viruses from getting into your system. Individuals with lower immune systems are more susceptible to infections.
