my painting rig at Kealkill Stone Circle, sunny day

Last summer Kenny and I spent 6 weeks in Ireland. My desire was to visit and paint as many Megalithic standing stones and circles as I could. I wanted to be near and spend time with these ancients stones that even today have so much power. The first day we visited Kealkill Stone Circle it was stormy low skies, we had no idea of what lay beyond the clouds. I loved it.
