Kick your New Year off right with FREE Nutrition Education Classes starting TOMORROW at Joshua Tree Recreation & Parks District from 10am -12pm. In tomorrows class we will learn how to measure your heart rate, the differences between moderate and vigorous levels of physical activity, and much more.

Last week was the Regional Meeting including The Morongo Basin Municipal Advisory Council & San Bernardino County Wide Plan Presentation in Joshua Tree, California.
