To Our Loyal Clientele & Community On July 27, 2020 Antelope Valley Salons United with a A.V. Salon Owners meeting where 20 local salons showed up to stand together to re-open our Industry. We discussed many strategies of opening safely with respect and transparency. With countless hours of research, Ca. Officials briefings and reports, we realized our strategy need to start with support of our community first! After our second state wide closure, we addressed our City Cou...ncils; Lancaster, Palmdale, Santa Clarita to gain recognition for our Beauty Industries efforts to safe guard our community during this pandemic with our Health Screening Data that was a requirement as well as added health and safety protocols to Re-Open our industry in the Road to Recovery. We respectively asked for our community Officials to offer Letters of Support to open our industry once again. Collectively! We understand these Letters of Support would ultimently not change the order by Ca. Governor Gavin Newsom, However they gave us a sense of relief, hope, pride and respect for our industry once again.
