I love springtime, everything is green and full of color..it also brings me Alaskan halibut to share with you! Just brought in 3, fresh 30 lb. beauties to share with you all. I will be filleting and skinning them, boneless as well. These fish are just majestic snow white yumminess! Also I will be displaying and showing off my halibut cheeks as well. Thin stringy but not sinewy cuts that melt in your mouth..pounding them out and dredge in flour or saute them and watch them disappear off your plate.
