Cheesy broccoli soup. First time making, and it turned out great! So happy! I don't know about you, but there's a little uneasiness when making something new -- especially being I don't want it to be terrible

My first time making miso soup with greens. Not quite as good as Katsu in Restaurant Row. Have you tried re-creating a restaurant favorite? How did it go? If it wasn't perfect, did you keep trying and get it be as good (or better) than your eatery?
