Been meaning to update everyone for awhile now. We would like to thank everyone that has supported us at farmers market as well as the Placerville Food COop and 24 Carrot Farms. This year we will not be able to attend farmers market and will likely not be able to restock the Placerville Food COOp or 24 Carrot Farms till later in the year due to the effects of the pandemic. The USDA butcher shop we use is currently booked till the end of the year. We currently can only offer whole beef sales using mobile harvest and local custom butchering. If you have questions about the process or would like to reserve a spot you can message us or call us for details.

We have one slot for whole beef that has opened up. Confirmed harvest date for July 11th going to D&D for cut and wrap. If you are interested or have questions call me or message me.

The Placerville Food COop has JK Cattle beef back on the shelf.

We will have 5 registered Murray Grey heifers available, unfortunately we can’t keep them all. Prefer to sell the group but willing to separate. Placerville, California.

We will back up at The Burke Ridge Farm Fall Festival this Sunday, October 13th, 9am-2pm (5800 Lynx Trail, Pollock Pines). We have some of our fall favorites for sale - Short ribs, Beef shank (Osso Buco), Bonless chuck steak, Garlic ginger beef sausage, Beef bones(for bone broth), and our Premium ground beef. Come by and pick up some of our grass fed and grass finished beef. We look forward to seeing you there!
