Josephine's Special Empanadas

whew! it was a very busy day yesterday. there was one person who ordered 1,000 pcs. of empanadas for the iglesia ni cristo rally event in carson, CA today. i was only given 8 hrs. to make all these from scratch....of course we did it! thank you to 4 of my crew members! they wasted no time to prepare everything!!! it was a success!!!!now we know we can make a lot more manually in a short notice.....hurray!
