This is Stephanie. She recently finished her Dia De Los Muertos bowl made of fused glass. It can take several years for an artist to acquire the skills to make ...glass art. Each color is a separate piece, which the artist cuts and fits together like a puzzle. Later, as it melts in the kiln, all the pieces fuse into one finished piece. #artistswithablities This piece is still up for sale. $60. Stephanie will get 80% of the profit. The Sofa Art Show was so awesome! So many, illustrators, cosplayers and #ArtistsWithAbilities came together to create an amazing night of fun, art, nerdiness, a...nd memories!!! . Congratulations to Megan McCarty, who won #firstplace in our #cosplay #contest with her handmade costume and original hobbit character. Second place went to @sithmom.cosplay, as Rey, and her adorable dog dressed as BB-8! Third place was Elizabeth Flood as Eve from "The Descendants" . Congratulations to the one and only Benny Jordan who won the Creative Center Favorite Art Award for his zombie illustration "Brains"! Well done, to the talented @lucky7art.studio for winning the People's Choice Art Award with her piece "Daily Choji"! .
