Keep Children Healthy during the COVID-19 Outbreak! Continue to Reinforce Preventative habits. Parents and caretakers play an important role in teaching children to wash their hands. Explain that hand washing can keep them healthy and stop the virus from spreading to others. Be a good role modelif you wash your hands often, they’re more likely to do the same. Make handwashing a family activity.https://www.cdc.gov//2019-/daily-life-coping/children.html

Courage, Kindness, and Friendship. These are the qualities that define us as human beings and unite us. On his TV program, during the unrest following the death of Martin Luther King, Jr., Mr. Rogers shares a foot bath with Officer Clemmons on a hot day. Mr Rogers not only showed Officer Clemmenon's brown skin in the tub with his white skin as two friends but also helped him dry his feet as he was getting out. Mr. Rogers was teaching his young audience human decency. We must do the same for our children and future generations.

As America prepares to reopen the economy, it is important we all stay informed about the guidelines imposed to continue to prevent the spread of COVID-19 as business owners and individuals. Based on advice from public health experts, there is a three-phased approach being implemented to get people back to work while still protecting American lives. While we are excited to have life get back to normal, it is important to remember to keep up our good practices of hygiene and social distancing to protect vulnerable individuals! Stay safe! #coronavirus #COVID19 #reopeningtheeconomy #guidelinesforopeningupAmericaagain #goodhygiene #socialdistancing #feelsickstayhome #protectthevulnerable
