Good job Rick! This is an Australian technique called Muscle Release with Movement invented by Michael Ridgway. I went to Australia and learned directly from Michael in 2014. There are other techniques I learned from Michael, such as (Joint ) Mobilization with Movement, Muscle Activation with Movement and Behavior Change with Movement. So far I am the only practitioner knows how to do this RM method in USA. Since then I also discovered Active Cortico-anti nociceptive Therapy (ACAT) for reducing pain in different body parts. In addition to this, through my 30 years of private practice I have used and discovered there are many other procedures can instantly remove or reduce pain, such as cupping, dry needling, Chiropractic or Osteopathic joint manipulations, etc.
