I love using improvisation into my daily practice. Sometimes I find that it's best focus on something very simple to hone in on, in this case I'm practicing one scale on two strings only! . It's a great way to practice moving across positions on the guitar for players who find themselves locked in one place most of the time (open position, for example). .
