February 15, 2015 Withdrawal of White Tuna Sushi Dear Valued Customers... We are withdrawing our White Tuna sushi offerings from the Joe’ Sushi Restaurant menu as there has been some confusion about the labeling of the item. While there is no fish called White Tuna, the label White Tuna is a commonly used name to represent Escolar. If you were confused or uncomfortable with the past labels used by at our restaurant, we will provide you a full refund with a proof of order. Customers that no longer have proof of purchase can contact the restaurant manager to discuss their request for refund to see if it qualifies for a full refund. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have created as we strive to provide the best service and food to our customers. Thank you for your support and we look forward to seeing you soon.
