Friday November 13th for family style options we are offering: Pork ribs Pebil, braised with achiote and pineapple. Served with Spanish rice, black beans and fried plantains. $36 Jambalaya with chicken, Andouille sausage and large shrimp simmered with collard greens and okra. $36... Oak-fired salmon filet with mango papaya salsa, Spanish rice and Black beans. $36 Each family style entre will serve 3-4 people We should have several desserts available. On Saturday we plan to serve our flatiron steak with coconut cream spinach, crispy potatoes and roasted vegetables.

The Pebil pork ribs and the Hummingbird cake turned out great for tonight.

Today, Thursday 11/12 We'll be serving Jambalaya as our family style option. Feeds 3-4 for $36 We are also cooking pork ribs Pebil. These are braised with achiote and pineapple juice then served with rice, black beans and plantains. feeds 3-4 for $36 Available for pick up from 3-7 PM.

Today (11/8) special desserts are: Blackberry Tapioca Bread Pudding with rum sauce Lemon Bars... & Passionfruit Panna Cotta Tomorrow, if all goes to plan, we should have Pumpkin Pie Cheese Cake and our first rendition of Jamaican Hummingbird Cake. ~The Joe Caribé Team

I made a mistake and we did not get fresh fish today for tacos. Sorry about that. We do have plenty of shrimp, pork and chicken for tacos. ... We also have freshly made blackberry tapioca and for tomorrow a pumpkin cheese cake, assuming it sets up properly.
