A main concern for wedding day is curls lasting all day and night. Here are some steps we take to ensure your curls are going to last through all of the festivities: 1. Be honest with us about how well your hair holds curl so we can prep properly. 2. Make sure to wash your hair with professional hair products the day before. If your hair lacks volume and texture, we recommend getting our Verb Volume Shampoo & Conditioner. Cheap, drugstore products weigh down the hair. Heavy... hair doesn’t hold curl. 3. Blow dry your hair with a round brush. This helps to smooth the hair cuticle but can also help create volume. Need help with giving yourself a blowout from home? Search our past videos, we have quite a few on blow drying. 4. A lot of clients tell us that their hair holds curl the best when they use a curling wand. Share with us what works best on your hair in your experience. 5. We can also pin your curls as we go to help them cool in the curl formation. 6. Once your hair is styled, don’t mess with it! The more you touch your hair, the more likely it is to fall out. 7. Adding hair extensions is a great idea if you want to add length or volume/density to your hair.
