Summary: Landscaping and maintaining commercial properties by performing the following duties. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. NO EXPERIENCE? - WE WILL TRAIN. Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chain saws. Maintain lawns, turf, or gardens. Mow or edge lawns, using power mowers or edgers. Decorate indoor or outdoor spaces. Dispose of trash or waste materials. Drive trucks or other vehicles to or at work sites. Install equipment to protect or support trees. Irrigate lawns, trees, or plants. Maintain equipment or systems to ensure proper functioning. Trim trees or other vegetation. Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes. Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, chain-saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, or pruning saws. Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chain saws. Mix and spray or spread fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, or trees, using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders. Rake leaves. Reports any problems or discrepancies to the Manager. Perform other related duties as assigned. Preferred knowledge, Skills, and Ability: Driving and maneuvering a trailer Ability to use basic hand tools. Ability to work in safe and efficient manner Preferred Education/Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Prior experience helpful. Work Schedule: The work schedule will vary from week to week and will include weekends and holidays.
