We at JLV Insurance Agency, Inc wanted to send you an update on the homeowner's insurance policies that we can offer to the mountain communities. We have added a few more insurance companies recently. In the coming months, we will have even more options to quote policies for you. These additions have expanded our ability to quote more properties even up in Huntington Lake. Also, if you have a home or manufactured/mobile home on such in Auberry, Coursegold, Friant, Northfork,... Oakhurst, Tollhouse and Yosemite Lakes, it can be very difficult to find affordable insurance outside of the California Fair Plan. We have an insurance company that has modified their underwriting guidelines, and they will now write many of these homes. Lastly, there can also be additional homeowners insurance discounts if we place your autos, boats, motorcycles, and RV's within our insurance agency.
