re: Millennials in the workplace: I'll capitulate there was about a 5-year span of workers who didn't know what they were doing or how to go about it, but those ppl will all be turning 40 soon & they're growing up, & the rest of them didn't deserve the reputation to begin with.

I guess I’m really focused on how to choose great people these days because my team is so great and I get asked how I was able to do it. It’s a mentality about younger AND older workers.
