It is always fun to help friends buy and sell the same home. I helped my friends/clients buy this home about 2.5 years ago, and today we sold it for almost 25% more than what they paid for it. These sellers also utilized our "Compass Concierge" program which allowed them to paint the exterior of the home and make a few other improvements without coming out of pocket. Of course they paid Compass back at closing, but no interest or fees were applied. It is a great service and a way for a seller to use a no cost loan to make improvements to their property prior to sale. After the dust settled we had 8 offers and my clients received $41,000 over their list price.
