On a recent trip to Sedona... Marijane of course found a gem store to root around in. She fell in love with these two pieces of Morenci Turquoise. They are now set and ready for your Summer Outfit. One is set in 18k Yellow Gold and one in Sterling Silver. Morenci Turquoise is mined in southeastern Arizona near Globe. Morenci has an unusual matrix of irregular black pyrite that, when polished, often looks like silver. Morenci Turquoise is now very rare because the mine is depleted and it has become very collectible.
