Since acquiring Aggressor jet drives we have (an...d will continue) to bring back innovative products for the Marine jet drive market with high quality american made parts . Our JBP nine vane is made of 356 T6 alloy and heat treated , then carefully CNC machined to exacting specifications. Legacy Jet boat... Michael's Bahner : We met Mike, his sister and boating Father Dave 15+ years ago. Mike was just a little kid with a huge obvious love all thi...ngs boat . Mikes Dad Dave had owned a Bahner jet years back but had moved to his current Daytona whacker. While still in High school Mike came to the JBP shop and asked if he could have a job and offered to work for free. For a multitude of reasons "free" was not an option so we hired Mike to work part time. Mike worked at JBP afternoons and Saturdays until he graduated from Cal Poly engineering and began working for Cal Trans. Mike cut his jet boat teeth on a 18' Miller from our bone yard that he restored, but like lots of our friends and customers he longed to find the "legacy boat" that stirred his interest years back. Countless friends have related similar stories about similar experiences growing up with family jet boats. Dave had bought the Bahner 34 years ago in 85' and sold it in 01'. Mike was able to find it and bought it back in 2017'. Mike built a nice BBC to replace the aging 460 Ford. My Son Josh just finished building a trick fresh Berkeley 12 JG Jet drive, and resetting the intake after machining it for custom made ride plate and shoe. Mike and Shorty made a couple 80+ mph passes at a secret lake yesterday enjoy.. See more
