This is Miss Jakki. I met her and her husband about 40 days ago. We spent 2 weekends together looking at homes. The 2nd weekend we found 3 that checked all the boxes. We wrote 3 offers and 1 was accepted. Today I delivered her the keys to her new home. The biggest thing I learned from this transaction had nothing to do with real estate. It had to do with Miss Jakki. Miss Jakki is blind. ... Miss Jakki and I were talking at a walk through about her work and life. She teaches people that are blind how to do everything! How to use their I Phones. How to BAKE A PIE FROM SCRATCH!!! How to take care of their babies. How to keep a home. The thing I learned from Miss Jakki was we need to stop letting our circumstances dictate our life. Don't let a circumstance make you not succeed. It won't be easy. But nothing worth having is easy!! Also, she may possibly be the happiest person I have ever met.
