We have a huge shortage of homes available on the market. The entry level homes are the homes that have multiple offers on them. If you are looking to get a bigger home now is a great time to upgrade. Interest rates are low and the supply of entry level homes is very low also. They are just trying to keep warm. But they end up chewing on the wires and mess up the device. ... Why rent when you are so close to buying. I have met so many people who pay $3000-$5000 down to get into a rental. You know first month rent, last month rent, and a secruity deposit. There are home loans out there that only require $3000-$5000 down and you can own a home. Where you pay yourself every month. Homeowership needs to be the end goal. So you dont have to pay rent to when your old.

I recently crashed my truck. I wasn't paying attention to the road and boom. Ripped off my right fender and crushed my front right light. Nobody was injuried thankfully.
