As a birthday present to yourself, you clean your own teeth. Happy Birthday to our dear hygienist, Paula. She’s been cleaning teeth in this room for 30 years. She has an amazing touch and such a calmness to her. You can practically fall asleep in her chair when she cleans your teeth. I know I do.
