5am rise and grind! I’m bracing myself for the 10 hour day I have ahead of me towards completion of my 500 hour teacher training at @rayogastudios . I struggle with back bends. plain and simple. And obviously my dog is very concerned that I’m going to fall on my head . But you know what? That’s okay! Because the greatest teachers are the best students. And with a little patience and hard work you will get better and better.
